Enrollment for Lemkovyna Ultra Trail 2017 started

Yesterday, i.e. 12 December, enrollment for the next edition of Lemkovyna Ultra Trail – running marathon started. It takes place a month earlier than the previous year. All of the previous editions were so much successful  that the marathon enjoys great popularity and that is why the organizers started the enrollment earlier.

From this year the marathon covers 5 routes and the same will be next year. There are routes of the following distances: 150, 80, 70, 48 and 30 km. All of them lead through the valleys and hills of the Main Beskid Route. From Tuesday, already more than 1300 people declared participation. However, in order to complete the declaration and become the participant, you have to pay the entrance fee within seven days from the enrollment . Otherwise, the unpaid registrations will be cancelled and other participants will enroll. Because the route of Lemkovyna Ultra Trail 150 is very hard, in order to enroll for this distance, you will have to introduce 3 qualifying points to UTMB.

The evidence for organizational success and popularity of LUT  marathon is the fact that this year the competition won in as many as 3 categories in the plebiscite for the Best Polish Mountain Marathon Złota Kozica (Golden Chamois). Thanks to the voices of participants of various competitions organized in Poland in 2016, Lemkovyna Ultra Trail, won the lead in Open category, competiton at ultradistance and in Running Festival category.

In 2017 Lemkovyna Ultra Trail will take place from 13-15 October.
