Three unique musical phenomena, three amazing voices, three beautiful women – Susanna Jara (Susanna), Hanka Wójciak (Hanka) and Agata Siemaszko (Agata), i.e. S.H.A. Each of them, when performing on a stage, draws the whole attention of the audience and you cannot stop listening to them. This time they join forces.
It is hard to imagine what kind of experience it will be when three charakterful voicec combine in one, when one of the voices be a complement of the second, the third of the first and one from another interchange, overlap, mix… But that is not all. The girls will be accompanied by an eminent master of cimbalom – Mirosław Rajt. The concert entitled Women Ethno Power will take place next Wednesday, 8 March, at 7PM in the Jewish Museum Galicia in Kraków.
Each of the soloists has been present on a stage for a longer time, they have their unique style but no one of them could be compertmentalized. They make experiments, involve in various projects to which they always add their own style. Agata Siemaszko is in love with Romanian and Slovak music, her lyricism is just unique. Hanka Wójciak’s music is about highlander music and her lyrics evoke a number of reflections. Susanna Jara makes that no one else should sing Murianka’s works, she makes pearls out of them that can move any audience and the songs, even though refer to Lemko lot, become universal.
It seems that also during the coming concert, Petro Murianka’s compositions will be present. You will hear songs of love, cheating, jealousy, lot, sadness, land, freedom, meeting, joy, death. Songs of happiness.
The artists announce there will be more concerts of Women Ethno Power. Happily.
